    Join DispenseFirst as a Senior Sales Representative and play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the cannabis industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for sales and the cannabis industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively identify potential customers and establish strong business relationships to expand our client base in the cannabis industry
    • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the key features and benefits of our Point of Sale software platform
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to assist in the development of persuasive sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and other materials
    • Utilize various channels, including cold calling, emails, networking events, and industry conferences, to generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales targets using our CRM system
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and developments in the cannabis industry to position yourself as a knowledgeable and trusted resource
    • Work closely with the leadership team and other cross-functional departments to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and customer support

    Requirements

    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the cannabis technology/software industry
    • Experience selling Point of Sale software solutions is a strong advantage
    • Knowledge of the cannabis industry, including key players, market trends, and regulatory landscape
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed sales strategy recommendations
    • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a target-driven environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients
    • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
